I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist proudly based in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I specialize in working with youth and adults to discover their authentic self and heal past traumas!
We look at your relational trauma from childhood abuse, narcissistic parenting, relationship violence, and post-divorce etc. and identify what's hurting you now and your preferred future without pain. To get through this we create a self-care plan and use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to stabilize emotions and behaviours.

When you're ready to heal the trauma wound, we use a blend of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic and body-based interventions, and cognitive reprocessing to get through the tough part of healing!

The last phase of our work is about creating a future you can live with! Some tasks will be creating professional goals, improving health, trying new activities, and making new & healthy relationships.

I have over 15 years experience working in the helping profession including the K-12 education system, employment and training consulting, family support coordination, homelessness serving sector, system navigation, intersecting services and needs, family violence, sexual violence, program development, and in the mental health/ trauma field.

I have worked with individuals and families that are impacted by trauma, are living with physical, intellectual, learning, and developmental disabilities, are neuro-atypical, have mild to moderate mental illness, and are affected by transition or trauma in their life.

I am currently registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists as a Provisional Psychologist and have a private practice under the clinical supervision of a Register
