I am a Registered Dietitian serving the Naniamo - Oceanside - Comox Valley areas based out of Parksville at my business, Wise Eats but I also help residents of British Columbia online with emotional eating for a range of medical conditions including but not limited to: Weight outside of ideal range, Chronic Disease, emotional eating and so much more. Just ask.

I specialize in behavior modification approaches to a wild range of medical nutritional needs. In a nutrition counseling appointment, you will make sense of all the conflicting information you have heard about how to eat. We will review your current eating situation to discover what is going to help and what you can not worry so much about. Imagine peace of mind at last while doing good for your body!

By eating the right foods and fluids, you will get your energy and vitality back, settle at the right weight for you and become more relaxed about eating. I help parents and kids with sensory issues, picky eating and eating disorders.

I assess your 3 day diet record and your lifestyle factors and you will receive evidenced based recommendations on how to eat, not just what to eat. If your physician referral includes a medical history, this information will be assessed too. I provide a 15 page individualized nutrition report for clients who need a more in-depth assessment.
I support people with a flexible and adaptable meal plans.

I take clients with health insurance and Autism Funding or provide a tax deductable receipts. I also have a sliding scale for people who struggle financially and don't have a Extended Health Plan.

I offer a free Discovery call to determine if a dietitian is the right professional to help you reach your health goals.
